When asked to rate the importance of the quantity and quality of the state's technology workforce on a 1-10 scale, technology decision-makers in Georgia scored each category with an average of 8.08 and 8.5 respectively. While this rating indicates a relatively high level of importance, the satisfaction with those two areas lagged. In terms of satisfaction with the quantity of the state's technology workforce, the decision-makers survey respondents rated their satisfaction as a 6.89 on a 1-10 scale with 10 indicating completely satisfied. The satisfaction with quality was higher at 7.41, but still remained below the ideal range.
