Growth Rate of Average Wage by Bioscience Occupation
Average wage growth in bioscience occupations in Georgia was widely disparate, according to the most recent data. Biochemists and biophysicists experienced an average wage increase of 15 percent while chemical engineers were up 13.6 percent. Biomedical engineers were up 8 percent, but chemists, environmental scientists, microbiologists and epidemiologists all were categories that had average wage decreases in the state.
